Which methods of payment do you accept?
Individuals can purchase with cash, cashier check (only businesses), Paypal (for items only listed through eBay), or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Businesses must include a W9 form for tax exemptions.
Can I get a copy of my receipt?

Are there any other products that you offer that are not listed on your website?
Yes, our inventory is updated on a daily basis and you’re always free to contact us in case you’re looking for something in particular. We also receive shipments that do not always get added to our inventory the same day.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Absolutely. We offer a trade-in program for most Apple products, based on the condition of the products. This is done on a case-by-case basis as we want to offer the best value for your trade.
Do you offer any sort of warranty for your computers?
Yes, we offer a 30 days warranty for exchange or store credit on all of our products. Warranty is voided after repairs or upgrades done by parties other than VIVO Computers.
Do you accept returns or can I get my money back?
Uunfortunately no, but we can offer you a trade-in opportunity or store-credit for a future purchase.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, Unless the item is listed on our ebay store, we do not ship overseas.
